'A Journey to the Portuguese Azores Islands

If you’re into natural islands and pure life, in Azores islands you’re not gonna enjoy only a single island but an adorable archipelago composed of 9 islands which is located in the North Atlantic, 1360 km away from Portugal. They are volcanic islands and these islands contain the tallest mountains all over the world when measured it from its base in the ocean to the highest point of its peaks.

Also, the most amazing thing about the island is that it has a mild climate all over the year. For example, in summer, the maximum temperature is 24 degrees while the minimum temperature is 17 degrees, whilst in winter the maximum temperature reaches 15 degrees and the minimum temperature reaches 11 degrees.

So, the best time to visit Azores Islands is in June, July, August, and September.

These 9 islands are divided into 3 groups. The first group contains 2 islands which are (San Miguel – Santa Maria), the second one contains five islands (Terceira – Graciosa – San Jorge – Faial – Pico), and the third group contains (Flores – Corvo).

If you’re considering a different vacation this year, Blue Ray recommends the Portuguese Azores Islands for you.
